Autograph letter signed from Frank Marcham, Walthamstow, to H.C. Folger [manuscript], 1930 May 9.

Marcham encloses the remaining photographs and newspaper articles. He is sick of the nuisance of reporters. Includes 4 photographs of legal documents concerning an incident in which debt collectors broke into Shakepeare's home to recover £77 owed to a local mercer. Notes are written on these photographs saying they were found by Marcham and contain the signatures of Shakespeare's daughter, Susana Hall, and the commisioners in Stratford-upon-Avon involved in the case. Includes an page from the May 7, 1930 edition of the Daily Chronicle with an article about these manuscripts.
